Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Deeside, North Wales
Salary: Up to £27,625 Per Annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Our client is driven by their core values: Care, Value, and Challenge. As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of the business, supporting Sales Managers and ensuring a smooth journey for customers from order to delivery.

• Act as the key point of contact for Sales Managers and customers
• Handle enquiries, manage stock requirements, and liaise with purchasing
• Monitor aged stock and coordinate with Production on order updates
• Communicate lead times clearly across departments
• Build strong relationships with key clients and resolve issues efficiently
• Generate bespoke reports and support Finance with account queries
• Promote the business and its expertise to support sales activity

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• SAP experience is a plus, but full training will be provided!
• Previous customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting
• Confident communicator via phone and email
• Strong admin skills and a collaborative mindset
