Job Description - Customer Service Administrator

Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Takeley
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 (Depending on experience)
Term: Permanent
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday

My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator, who can offer their clients an exceptional customer experience. You will be working within a small team, answering calls, processing orders and building client relationships for ongoing business.

The Role of Customer Service Administrator:

Answering incoming phone lines
Processing customers phone, email and web orders and customer returns
Understanding customer requirements
Understanding of our products and services
Supporting your colleagues
Liaising with other departments, buying, production, goods out and technical

To be considered for the role of Customer Service Administrator:

Self motivated
Must like customer facing roles
The ability to engage with customers at all levels
Self confident
Excellent computer skills
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.

*You must be able to drive and have your own transport, due to the location of the office*

The Package for Customer Service Administrator:
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Holidays: 20 days holiday + bank holidays
Pension
Day off on your birthday
Free parking
