Are you a proactive and organised administrator looking for a varied role where no two days are the same?
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused individual to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation. This role will involve acting as the key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, providing order updates, and liaising closely with warehouse teams to ensure a first-class service.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
*
Provide customers with updates on orders, deliveries and stock.
*
Liaise with warehouse staff to obtain accurate information and resolve queries.
*
Monitor and track orders through to completion.
*
Process customer requests and update internal systems.
*
Maintain accurate records and customer information.
*
Support the operations team with general administration duties.
*
Build strong relationships with both customers and internal departments.
What We're Looking For
*
Previous experience in a Customer Service, Administration or Coordination role.
*
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*
Comfortable working between an office and warehouse environment.
*
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
*
Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
*
Logistics, warehouse or fulfilment experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
