£35,000 - £40,000 basic + pension, private medical, 25 days holiday + wellness days

Our client is a well-established technology led manufacturer of innovative electrical/ electronic systems that are sold successfully throughout the world.

As a customer service administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales support. Based from the Slough office, you will work closely with the sales team to provide product information and order processing for regular orders, monitoring the delivery schedules and backorders, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, updating the CRM system and assisting in creating marketing materials for the business development managers.

With a ‘can do’ attitude you will be dealing with customer enquiries by email or phone dealing with sales orders through quotations and to delivery. You will also be involved in proactively chasing up old orders with wholesalers and contractors ensuring that the CRM system is updated.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales office administrator, an all rounder who is adaptable, organised, can get involved and plan ahead. You should be experienced with working with customers in an upbeat manner, have a responsive attitude and experienced in managing orders, preparing quotes and used to working with a CRM system.

Location: Slough, Berkshire Office hours 09.00am to 5.00pm (half day every second Friday)
