Customer Service Administrator (Temporary)

📍 Wimborne
🕒 Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm
☕ 1 Hour Lunch Break
📅 3-Month Temporary Assignment with Potential to Become Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Wimborne.

This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, coordinating appointments, liaising with subcontractors, and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The opportunity is initially offered on a temporary basis for three months, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.

The Role

Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
Booking appointments and scheduling works
Allocating and sending jobs to subcontractors
Liaising with subcontractors to ensure works are completed efficiently
Providing updates and support to customers
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Supporting the wider team with general administration dutiesAbout You

We're looking for someone who is:

Confident and resilient when dealing with customers
Able to handle pushback professionally and remain firm when required
Hardworking, proactive, and reliable
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
Experienced within a customer service and/or administration environment
