Job Description - Customer Service Administrator

TEXA is a leading manufacturer of garage workshop equipment, including vehicle diagnostics, air-conditioning service stations, and other specialised garage equipment.

TEXA was founded in 1992 with its Head Office based in Treviso, Italy, and now has branches throughout the world supplying equipment, after-sales support, and training programmes to all types of automotive workshops, including prestigious dealerships, independent body shops, and workshops alike.

As a Customer Service Administrator at TEXA you will be required to deal directly with customers, distributors, and the TEXA Sales Team. You will be providing support for all enquiries relating to products, orders, and subscriptions, raising sales orders and invoices on ERP systems, taking credit card payments over the telephone, and assisting in import/export into the Irish market.

The ideal candidate will be able to show :

Previous experience within a sales administration environment.
Good working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office packages.
Excellent administration skills (orderly files, methodical organisation, and efficient).
The ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills in all methods.
