Temp - Perm Our long-standing client is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their dynamic team situated in Northampton. As part of the Customer Service Administrator role, you will demonstrate a positive can do attitude and strive to give excellent customer service.
Duties will include
Processing of online orders using WMS software Communicating with customers to provide support advise and answer queries Liaising with transport companies to arrange deliveries Speaking on the phone to individuals and companies Order checking Using various in house databases Manage generic email inboxes. Other administration tasks as determined by line manager
Skills requires
IT literate - sound knowledge of Excel/outlook Well organised Excellent communication skills Good attention to detail
