Job Description - Customer Service Administrator

Location: EX3
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: £11.50 per hour + (potential performance bonus)

Join our dynamic and fast-growing team as a Customer Service Administrator . We are working on behalf leading Food-Service company, dedicated to providing top-notch products and services to our valued clients. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging with existing clients and offering additional products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and new clients to establish and maintain relationships. Identify and understand client needs to offer relevant solutions and upsell additional products or services.

Build and maintain a strong product knowledge base to effectively communicate benefits to clients.

Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
