Our client are a well-established and professional publishers who are seeking a Customer Service Administrator based in Milton Keynes on a full-time permanent basis.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator

  • Support publishers with content and ensure the timely integration of content ingestion. 
  • Manage the publisher side of targeting promotions.
  • Management of systems on behalf of the Publisher and the company.
  • Deal with all publisher queries.
  • Review production proofs.
  • Coordinate client reports. 
  • B2B Client support and account management.

Requirements for a successful Customer Service Administrator

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within a similar role previously. 
  • Customer Service experience within a fast-paced and busy B2B environment.
  • Strong Administration skills.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Office 365.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Location:
Milton Keynes, Hybrid after probation
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours:
37.5 hours, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
