Customer Service Administrator (French Speaking Role)
£28,000 - £32,000 + Mon - Fri + Progression + Company Benefits

Are you a Customer Service Administrator or similar who is fluent in French, looking for a stable, Monday to Friday position with a worldwide company who offer a varied and autonomous position within a fast-paced environment, opportunities to progress and a range of lucrative company benefits?

On offer is the opportunity to work for a global, market-leading company who manufacture, install and service security solutions including CCTV and access control. They are going through a great period of expansion and are looking for new staff to join their busy office environment.

This varied role, will see you responsible for and working within a busy sales team, you will manage and maintain sales documentation, be the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues, providing support, issuing reports, diary management and managing revenue targets. This is an office-based position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

This role would suit a Customer Service Administrator with ability to speak fluent French or similar, looking for a stable role with a truly global company, who offer a varied, fast-paced position, opportunities to learn and progress in the future and a range of advantageous benefits.

The Role:

  • Manage and Maintain sales documentation / records
  • Liaise with clients and partners to resolve issues
  • Reporting and Forecasting
  • Work autonomously, manage diaries and contribute to team growth
  • Monday to Friday (9AM-5PM)

The Person:

  • Customer Service Administrator or similar
  • Ability to speak Fluent French
  • Commutable to Wimbledon
