We are working on behalf of a well-established company based in Burgess Hill that is looking to recruit a confident and professional Customer Service Administrator. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a customer service or client-focused environment, who thrives on building relationships and providing high levels of support.

About the Role:
This is a pivotal position within the business, responsible for managing incoming enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless client journey from start to finish. You'll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key part in maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
• Process orders accurately in line with company procedures
• Maintain regular communication with clients, offering updates and support
• Coordinate with internal teams to align production with customer expectations
• Follow up post-delivery to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
• Keep detailed records and documentation for all client interactions
• Support online order handling and general service queries

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with a proactive and professional approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
