Are you an Administrator with a background in Customer Service, looking to work within a leading medical equipment supplier, who prioritise their staff, offer training on their processes, potential progression and a stable Monday to Friday position that can be done from home twice a week?

This well-established Healthcare company offer a full range of services, including manufacturing products, installation, servicing and maintenance of the same devices and cover clients nationwide. They have built a broad client base including companies such as BUPA and due to a staff retirement they are looking for a successor to look after their 130 strong workforce.

This varied role will see you assisting the Customer Services Manager in a client facing role, you will be responsible for liaising with clients, processing customer orders, helping to create quotes for clients, managing data on the CRM system and sage and assisting with general admin duties.

This role would suit an Administrator with a Customer Service background, looking to work for a stable company, who are continually growing, offering you extensive training and potential progression.

The Role:

• Updating systems such as Sage and the companies CRM system
• First point of contact via telephone and email, taking ownership or resolution
• Supporting the Customer Service Manager
• General ad-hoc administration / data handling
• Monday - Friday (Hybrid two days a week)

The Person:

• Administrator or similar
• Background in Customer Service
• Commutable to Rotherham
