As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with planning and scheduling activities, ensuring all administration tasks are completed.

• Receiving inbound calls and handling enquiries.
• Raising new orders and logging call information.
• Liaising with Engineers regarding their workload.
• Ensuring customer portals are monitored.
• Accurate record keeping, ensuring all documents are uploaded.
• Compiling and maintaining daily reports.

About you:

• Experience of working within a customer focused, fast paced environment.
• Strong accuracy skills, keeping records.
• Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
• Experience of working closely to support Engineers.
