Job Description - Customer Service Adviser

provider for businesses and organisations ranging from small corner shops to large industrial estates.
The role
In a few words:

You'll take incoming calls using your exceptional communication skills to answer questions and address any concerns from customers to make sure they always have a positive experience. We don't use scripts because we want every interaction with our customers

Ideally, you’ll have worked previously in a contact centre environment or in a similar customer facing role.
The reward
Base salary £24,150 once you become competent in your role. This is usually within 6 - 9 months.
We’re proud to be an accredited Real Living Wage Employer.
You will also be eligible for an up to 10% Annual Bonus.

Location:

Edinburgh Park, EH12 9SE - part and full time opportunities available. Office based.
Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm - no evenings or weekends giving a great work life balance.

We’ll give you all the training and support required to be successful in the role. Your first month with us will be a mix of classroom learning and time with an experienced buddy in the department. We’ll tell you about the water industry, train you on our

systems and coach you on the way we do things at Business Stream. It’s a busy time but we promise you’ll soon feel confident and ready to start helping our customers.
