Our Client, a well-established online retailer, now has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team . This role will offer great career progression for the successful candidate.

In this role you will be:

• Answering incoming calls
• Answering sales and aftersales enquiries
• Putting b2b orders on the system
• Liaising with Agents
• Booking shipments
• Answering live chats
• Arranging and hosting showroom visits.
• Ability to prioritise workload based on importance
• Managing dealer accounts

Requirements :

• Microsoft office competency
• Confident answering the Phone is essential
• Driving license
• Back office software experience
• High attention to detail
• Good organization skills
• Ability to work alone
• Great problem solving initiati
• Willingness to attend trade shows with the team, outside of normal working hours.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment efficiently
