Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Christchurch (Hybrid working)
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, starting between 8:00am and 9:45am, ending between 4:30pm and 6:15pm. Saturday shifts are 1 in 6 from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Start Date: Tuesday 6th May 2025

Transport: Own vehicle or live within commuting distance

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-tasking between telephone calls and customer emails
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised and able to work well under pressure
• Previous customer service experience is essential
• IT literate
