Our family run business who have been in operation for over 25 years, are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work in a fast-paced environment whilst working with their already successful team.

Job Role

• Liaise with clients on all new jobs and any current issues that may arise.
• Liaising with fitters to arrange site visits within company KPI’s
• To liaise directly with suppliers and fitters to organise the
• Liaising with suppliers and placing orders for flooring materials and ensuring correct pricing is used and applied.

• Coordinating deliveries from manufacturers to site
• Organising and sorting paperwork and filing systems.
• Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents, records, spreadsheets and databases.
• Telephone skills

Skills/Qualifications:

• Great communication

• Excellent IT skills
• Highly accurate work with attention to detail
• Numerical & analytical
• Highly organised
• Keen to learn
