Customer Services Advisor / Internal Sales Support
Leicester LE3  | Up to £30,000| Monday–Friday with early Friday finish
 
Are you a Customer Services Advisor / Internal Sales Support professional looking for your next challenge?

This well-established business operates across the packaging, beauty and food sectors and is known for its commitment to innovation, customer care and quality. In this role, you’ll be working at the heart of their operations – providing excellent customer support and playing a vital part in internal sales processes

As a Customer Services Advisor / Internal Sales Support, you’ll be the first point of contact for a portfolio of loyal clients. You’ll manage customer queries, process orders, handle quotations and coordinate with production and logistics teams to make sure every order is accurate and on time. You’ll also help spot internal sales opportunities and support account managers in maintaining strong customer relationships.
 
The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems, keeping things running smoothly, and building rapport with colleagues and customers alike. The team is collaborative, friendly and supportive – and you’ll be encouraged to contribute ideas and shape how things are done.

  • Up to £30,000, depending on experience

To succeed in this Customer Services Advisor / Internal Sales Support role, you’ll need experience in a similar environment, ideally within manufacturing or a technical sector.
 
You’ll be confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, and able to stay organised and professional under pressure. A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for excellent service are key.
