On behalf of our prestigious client in Huntingdon, we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who enjoys dealing with customers in person.  A great communicator, you will represent this luxury brand with professionalism and pride. 

As part of a wider team, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and dealing with customers face to face, to give them a 5-star experience of the store
• Aligning with the company's overall communication and service level agreement strategy
• Use your customer service skills to up-sell products to customers
• Maintain electronic records in a complete and accurate manner
• Develop effective working relationships with the team and ensure the flow of information from the initial front-of-house experience is timely, accurate, clear and consultative.

To be suitable for the role:

• You might come from a high-end hospitality background, with a strong track record of excellent customer service
• You might have experience working in a front-of house role
• You will need a full, valid UK driving license
• You will be keen to use your sales skills to up-sell and develop business
