Customer Service Advisor

Pertemps are currently recruiting for A Customer Service Advisor for a leading car dealership in Hedge End, Southampton. This is a Permanent position.

Responsibility as a Customer Service Advisor:

- You will be responsible for the inbound service and maintenance bookings

- Speaking to existing customers on the phone

- Producing service plan quotes

- Supporting the team with the goal of increasing customer retention

- Ensuring that the customers are satisfied with the service

Requirements as a Customer Service Advisor:

- Experience working in a similar role

- Excellent customer service skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Highly organised and being able to manage multiple appointments

- Strong administration skills

The Role:

- Working hours are Monday until Friday 08:00 - 17:00 with a 1 hour lunch break

- This role is offering £29,000 - £31,000 depending on experience

- Permanent role
