They’re looking to hire a Customer Services Advisor to join a fun and growing team where every colleague has been with the company 2 years+. You’ll join a fun & collaborative team & work for a relaxed & supportive Manager.

What you’ll do:

• Customer Service Advisors will deal with existing Business customers

• Handling incoming calls

• Dealing with web chat requests

• Managing emails

• General enquires

• Updating customers

• Processing requests & account changes

• Setting up direct debits & payments

• Liaising with internal departments

• Delivering a great service
