Job Description - Customer Service Advisor

Are you experienced with Customer Service ? Do you have extensive administrative experience? If so, we are working with a client who are a workwear service provider. They are looking for a Customer service administrator, to manage customer queries, record and resolve problems and ensure a high standard of customer service . Please see below for more detail.

Customer Service Administrator
Job Description

Receive and complete all calls/emails according to our Customer Commitment and keeping customers informed throughout their request or query until resolved.
Process all documentation correctly and maintain files and records according to procedures
Provide support for the Customer Service Executives and other departments. Making sure accurate data is checked and provided
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Other Ad hoc duties as required, and any reasonable requests made by Management and also attend training courses as required

Customer Service Administrator
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Strong administrative skills
Computer literate with Microsoft office
Strong communication skills
