In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you'll handle a variety of inbound customer queries via live chat, telephone, and email. You'll play a key role in delivering clear, friendly, and efficient support - ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to queries about online accounts

• Updating and maintaining customer information

• Investigating and resolving account-related issues

• Working with other departments to find fast, effective solutions

• Escalating concerns where necessary - and making sure they're handled the right way

You don't need to be a call centre expert - if you've got the right attitude and passion for helping people, we'll give you the tools to succeed. Ideally, you'll have:
