Job Description - Customer Service Advisor

What you'll do:
  • Respond to customer enquiries and process policy changes
  • Manage renewals and support new product sales
  • Promote financial services and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure all activities comply with FCA regulations
  • Put the customer at the heart of every interaction
What you’ll need:
  • A confident, engaging personality, with a positive attitude
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills
  • Previous experience in sales, or customer service
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4, or above)
  • Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
