As a Customer Service Advisor, you will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring that all sales orders and queries are handled efficiently and with exceptional care. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction, supporting our finance and sales teams, and liaising with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Resolve account queries and process credits/debits in a timely manner.
• Provide first-line support for sales ledger deductions and supplier recharges.
• Liaise directly with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Support finance teams with admin and data entry tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Customer service experience is essential.
• Office-based administration experience and solid IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook).
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry abilities.
• A proactive, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
