Here at Every Step Recruitment, Office Support, we are delighted to be supporting our Client with their immediate requirement for Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Handling high-volume, incoming Customer calls
• Responding to email queries
• Resolving the Customer query / request from start to finish
• Proactively introduce products and services
• Maintaining Customer records
• Adhering to the Company’s compliance policies and procedures

You will have the following skills and attributes:

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar, telephone-focused Customer Service role
• A professional and friendly approach
• Excellent listening skills
• Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
• A pro-active approach to personal development
• Available immediately for full time work
