Looking for a dynamic, office-based customer service role with some soft sales targets and great incentives? Michelle Denny Recruitment is thrilled to partner with Lexham Insurance as we grow their team of Customer Service Sales Advisors in Diss.

Salary & Perks

• Basic Salary: £26,000 per year with On-Target Earnings (OTE): £28,000+
• Additional commission & company benefits

Location: Diss – a buzzing hub where you’ll be right at the heart of the action!

What You'll Be Doing

If you love chatting on the phone and have a knack for listening, this role is for you! You’ll be:

• Helping customers find the best motorcycle insurance – guiding them smoothly through the process.
• Gathering key details to provide the perfect policy match.
• Working towards achievable targets with plenty of support along the way.
• No prior insurance experience? No worries! You’ll receive top-notch training and development opportunities to help you grow and shine in your role.

The team is friendly, supportive, and always ready to welcome you with a smile!

Your Work Schedule

The offices are open: Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 7.00pm Saturday | 9.30am - 4.30pm You'll work on a rotating 3 week rota with an average 37.5-hour, 5-day week, giving you plenty of time to plan your life! Saturday: 9:30am – 4:30pm (every other, with a weekday off to balance it out!) Optional overtime available if you want to boost your earnings!
