Role: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: Stevenage
Office: On-site (Monday to Friday)
Hours: 9am to 6pm

CCP are proud to be supporting a brand-new client in their search for a motivated and professional Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and growing team based in Stevenage.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick-start or develop their career in customer service. While previous contact centre experience is preferred, the most important qualities are a strong work ethic, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Must Have:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to solve problems efficiently
• A proactive and organised approach to managing incoming calls and emails

Ideally:

• Previous experience working in a customer-facing role (contact centre or similar)
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask under pressure

You’ll receive full training on internal systems and typical customer queries, but we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You’ll be dealing with a wide variety of calls, from customer enquiries to internal support, so being efficient, driven, and organised is key.
