What you'll be doing:

• Building lasting relationships with customers and contractors, delivering top-tier service every time
• Resolving queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Communicating clearly and confidently via phone and email

• Previous experience in customer service - ideally in a phone-based role
• A positive, proactive approach and a genuine desire to help others
• Confidence, resilience, and the ability to handle challenging conversations calmly
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
