Role Overview

As a Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels; phone, email, and live chat. You’ll handle everything from order processing and product queries to troubleshooting and complaint resolution, all while delivering a first-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat within agreed SLAs
• Process orders, manage bookings, and resolve complaints within 24-48 hours
• Deliver first-contact resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Log all customer interactions accurately in internal systems
• Liaise with couriers and process claims when necessary
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
• Uphold GDPR and data protection standards

We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• A proactive, positive, and empathetic approach to customer care
• Computer literate with good administrative and numerical skills
