• Engage with a variety of clients, providing expert advice on our products which include bearings, fasteners, and hydraulics.
• Utilise your understanding of the construction industry to meet client needs effectively, ensuring that all parts and components align perfectly with project specifications.

• Possesses excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage and prioritise effectively.
• Has a basic understanding of mechanical components and their applications in the construction industry.
• Is proficient in RM and ERP systems, with strong capabilities in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in every customer interaction.
