Customer Service Advisor

Hales Group are excited to be partnering with our well-established client looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team in Lowestoft.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating and confirming delivery details
• Processing sales orders
• Keeping systems updated with accurate data
• Handling delivery queries, ETAs, and general admin
• Supporting customers with product info and updates
• Assisting the Customer Service Team when needed

What we’re looking for:

• Great attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Strong problem-solving and numerical skills
• Clear and confident communication
• A customer-first mindset

LOCATION: Lowestoft
PAY: £12.21 per hour
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week between 8am and 5.30pm
TERM: Temporary to Permanent
