Your ability to communicate clearly across teams will help foster collaboration within the finance function. By providing reliable support not only to the CFO but also to other senior finance professionals when required, you will contribute directly to the overall effectiveness of leadership within this forward-thinking organisation.

* Provide comprehensive calendar management for the Chief Financial Officer and UK-based members of the Finance Leadership Team, proactively resolving conflicts and anticipating future scheduling challenges.

* Support the CFO in maintaining cadence with external appointments such as investors, bankers, and conferences by ensuring all commitments are met efficiently.
* Prepare the CFO for meetings by organising pre-read materials, sending timely reminders, arranging administrative logistics, and coordinating inputs from multiple sources as needed.

Above all else your commitment to teamwork shines through: you understand how vital it is for executive offices to operate harmoniously so that leaders can focus on strategic objectives. If you thrive on helping others succeed by providing dependable support behind-the-scenes then this role offers an outstanding opportunity for personal growth within a nurturing environment.

* Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative support to C-suite executives or senior leadership within a fast-paced corporate environment.
* Exceptional organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex calendars simultaneously while anticipating scheduling conflicts before they occur.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities that enable you to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels inside and outside the organisation.
