We are recruiting for motivated and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our client's successful company who have been supplying the Construction industry for over 20 years.

The role
You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will be handling all customer service inbound enquiries and orders in a busy friendly environment making sure every customer gets a five-star service.
Key duties
* Effectively handling and processing orders
* Handling all customer enquiries effectively and rapidly
* Making sure all our customers needs are met
* Advising on products
* Working to a maximum 2-hour response time
* Ensuring all calls are answered in 3 rings
Required skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure
* Good & clear communications skills Verbal & written
* Ability to multitask while maintaining strong attention to detail
* Experience in order processing and customer services
* Strong organisational skills
* Being an effective communicator regardless of the method i.e. email/calling
* Team player
