About the Role

We are seeking a confident and customer-focused individual to join a dynamic and supportive team as a Customer Service Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business that values its people and delivers outstanding service to its customers.

You will be the first point of contact for customer queries across phone, email, web, and social media. Your role will involve resolving issues, retaining customers, and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries across multiple channels
• Provide tailored solutions and resolve complaints effectively
• Identify opportunities to retain or upgrade customer accounts
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all interactions
• Meet individual and team performance targets
• Contribute positively to team discussions and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive and positive attitude
• GCSEs or equivalent (preferred)
