Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £24,250 + Bonus + Benefits

We’re looking for several Customer Service Executives to join our client's growing team in Jarrow. • Delivering a hassle-free, customer-first service experience
• Responding to customer enquiries within agreed service levels
• Identifying and resolving customer concerns with a proactive approach
• Generating leads and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities
• Maintaining accurate customer and account data
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
• Supporting commercial activities and following up on opportunities
• Meeting KPIs and contributing to team success

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service or sales environment
• Minimum A-Level education or equivalent
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Complaint handling experience is a plus
• Knowledge of manufacturing is desirable but not essential

• Starting salary of £24,250
