About the role
The main purpose of this role is to build and maintain excellent working relationships with customers, continually striving to achieve high levels of satisfaction and maximising the potential for increased sales.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling customer queries efficiently by phone and email
Maintaining accurate records of all customer communications and correspondence using the CRM system
Proactively calling customers to build and strengthen relationships, whether delivering positive updates or resolving issues
Ensuring customer relationships remain of the highest standard
Liaising effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless and professional customer service experience
What we’re looking for:
Strong previous experience in a customer service environment
Confident use of CRM systems to manage and track communications
Excellent communication skills and a relationship-focused approach
A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service
