Job Description - Customer Service Advisor

Our client based in Southampton is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to support the sales and customer facing function. In this position, you will be involved in maximising sales opportunities with new and existing customers and building good, lasting customer relationships.

Successful applicants will have a strong background in sales or customer service and be a passionate individual.

Sales Executive Responsibilities:

Proactively answering customer enquiries via either the telephone, email or online chat/portal
Providing comprehensive information regarding products and services
Proactively leverage warm leads or sales opportunities with existing clients to sell further services or products too them
Building strong working relationships with customers, ensuring the highest level of professionalism is maintained at all times

Sales Executive Requirements:

Proven experience within a similar role, working within a fast-paced environment
High-level communication and networking skills.
A passion for customer interactions
The ability to leverage sales opportunities
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
