Location: Manchester City Centre – 100% office based
Full-time, Permanent, Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm

We’re recruiting Customer Service Advisors for a modern UK bank that supports small businesses through smart, responsible finance — powered by savings from individuals who want their money to work harder. With a growing team based in Manchester, we’re proud to deliver a high level of customer care and positive impact across the country.

We’re now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly, professional team. You’ll play a key role in supporting both savings and lending customers, helping them manage their accounts and ensuring every interaction is smooth and efficient.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Customer Service Advisor:
Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and secure messaging.

Handle account queries, payments, updates, and general enquiries with accuracy and empathy.

Work closely with internal teams like Lending Operations, Credit, and Collections.

Respond to complaints and issues clearly, promptly, and in line with regulations.

Manage early-stage arrears and support customers in getting back on track.

Identify and assist vulnerable customers with care and sensitivity.

Help maintain accurate records and ensure service levels are met.

Support the Customer Services Manager with day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For in a Customer Service Advisor:
A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills, and experince working in a regulated background

Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach

Self-motivated and confident working both independently and within a team

Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Naturally curious, solutions-focused, and eager to learn

Comfortable working with data to support good decision-making
