Job Description - Customer Service Advisor

Role: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £23,600
Start Date: 1st September 2025
Location: Aylesbury
Office: 2 week on site training. After training, 1 day per week (Weds) on site.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm shifts & 1 Saturday 9am-1pm per month.

CCP are proud to be supporting an existing client in their search for a motivated and professional Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and growing team based in Buckinghamshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in customer service. While previous regulated contact centre experience is preferred, the most important experience and qualities are any contact centre experience, a strong work ethic, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

The start date for this role is Monday 1st September 2025.

Must Have:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to resolve queries efficiently.
  • A proactive and organised approach to managing incoming calls and emails.
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role (contact centre)
Ideally:
  • Previous experience working in a regulated contact centre environment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
You’ll receive full training on-site in the offices for the first 2 weeks on internal systems and typical customer queries, but we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You’ll be dealing with a wide variety of calls - from customer enquiries to internal support-so being efficient, driven, and organised is key.
