Customer Service Advisor

We're looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join the team on a full-time, office-based basis (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and wants to gain hands-on exposure to the world of eCommerce.

The role will involve:

✅ Coordinating a small customer service team
✅ Managing escalated customer enquiries
✅ Producing customer feedback and product reports
✅ Monitoring online reviews
✅ Supporting marketplace and product listing content
