Customer Service Advisor

We have a new role as a Customer Service Advisor to join our clients retail centre in Newark, this is a customer facing role dealing with people mainly face to face but also over the phone.
All you need to be applicable for this position is a passion for customer service, and at least 1 years’ experience dealing with customers F2F.  Our client is offering an excellent salary, great benefits, full training, progression and even bonus!

Basic: £30,000 OTE £36,000
Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday 08.30 and 17.30 (Set day off in the week) Saturdays 08:30 – 16:00  
Location: Newark

Job Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor

Own the complete in-centre customer journey from arrival through to departure and future bookings 
Be honest with the customer about what services/products there vehicle needs
Act as the single point of contact for the customer during their visit, ensuring seamless hand-offs to the workshop team 
Deliver outstanding, consistent, and memorable service
Proactively manage customer expectations, handle queries professionally, and resolve enquiries and complaints with care and speed 
Maintain impeccable front-of-house standards at all times  
What we need

Proven experience in a customer-facing position
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and honestly (training provided) 
Real passion for customer service
Ability to learn and retain detailed product knowledge (full training provided) 
Resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment 
Collaborative team player who supports colleagues and shares knowledge  
High integrity and commitment to ethical selling – comfortable saying “no” when it is the right thing for the customer 
No driving licence required
