Customer Service Advisor

Our client, who are market leaders in their industry are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their already established team. They are super friendly, professional and are based locally just outside of Sunbury on Thames.

The role will be to provide Customer Service to their clients and also providing quotations to new customers on request.

They are niche within their market, have prestigious clients and providing great customer service is paramount within their business.

You will be supporting the company’s ongoing customer relationships, who are loyal to the organization.

Customer service experience of a minimum 1 year is preferred from any industry, however personality is key here therefore any amount of experience will be considered.

Customer liaison with clients is both on the phone and via email therefore you will need to have experience writing and sending emails.

The role also involves providing track and trace information data to clients on request.

There is an inhouse operations system to provide quotes, bookings and support with Invoice processing. Cross training on the system will be given.

* Enjoy working as part of team

* IT proficiency in Word, Outlook and any other packages
