We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a prestige expanding accident repair centre in Dorking as a Bodyshop Service Advisor. With opportunities to enhance your skillset, develop your manufacturer understandings, create a pathway for your progression and enhance your earnings.

What you’ll be doing?

You will be carrying out duties such as; Customer updates, Liaising with internal departments, managing fleet allocation etc. What’s more, you will be the face of the business so will be setting the standards with manufacturer guidelines. 

You might be wondering what skills you need?

You will need a background of Customer Service or Motor Trade Service/ Bodyshop Advisor role. Experience using Autoflow is desirable, but not essential
