Location: TSOC, Atlas Business Park, Wythenshawe, Greater Manchester, M22 5PR
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
Contract: Temporary - 13 weeks
Start Date: Thursday 1st October 2026
End Date: Wednesday 23rd December 2026
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Role
We are currently recruiting for Customer Services Advisors to join our team at TSOC in Wythenshawe.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong communication and customer service skills who enjoy helping people and working in a busy, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Services Advisor, your duties will include:

Handling customer enquiries by telephone, email and other communication channels.

Providing accurate, professional and friendly customer service.

Responding to customer questions and resolving queries efficiently.

Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate information or solutions.

Processing customer requests and updating records accurately.

Maintaining detailed and accurate customer information on internal systems.

Dealing with complaints professionally and escalating issues where required.

Following company procedures and service standards.

Liaising with internal teams to resolve customer queries.

Managing a high volume of enquiries while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Following up outstanding queries to ensure customers receive a satisfactory response.

Protecting customer information and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

About You
We are looking for candidates who have:

Previous experience in customer service, call centre, contact centre or a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A professional and customer-focused approach.

Good attention to detail and organisational skills.

The ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations.

Good IT and administrative skills.

The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A reliable and flexible approach to work.
