Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions

* Handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times

* Managing data entry and administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

* Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to support smooth logistics operations

* Maintaining up-to-date records and preparing reports as required

* Supporting daily operational tasks to help meet service level agreements

What we’re looking for:

* Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

* Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably within logistics or supply chain sectors

* Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

* Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude
