Are you naturally outgoing, confident talking to people and genuinely interested in what customers have to say?

We’re looking for engaging, enthusiastic Customer Service Agents to work on behalf of a well-known global brand, connecting directly with its customers, listening to their experiences and helping the organisation better understand the community it serves.

This isn’t about hard selling or cold calling.

It’s about conversation, listening and customer experience.

You’ll be speaking with existing customers to conduct customer satisfaction surveys, understand their experiences and capture valuable feedback that will help shape future services and improve the overall customer journey.

What you'll be doing

You’ll make outbound calls to existing customers and guide them through short customer satisfaction surveys, creating a friendly and professional conversation rather than simply reading from a script.

You’ll listen carefully, ask appropriate questions and accurately record customer feedback, while keeping customer information and CRM records up to date.

Where a customer raises a concern, you’ll ensure it is captured correctly and escalated through the appropriate channels.

You'll be working within agreed call volumes and quality standards, while always maintaining the high level of professionalism expected when representing a global brand.

Who we're looking for

You’ll probably be someone who is friendly, confident, curious and comfortable starting conversations with people you’ve never met before.

You’ll also bring:

Previous customer service, telephone, hospitality, retail or other people-facing experience

A warm, confident and professional telephone manner

Excellent communication, listening and questioning skills

The ability to build rapport quickly with different types of people

Confidence working within call volumes and quality standards

Good attention to detail and basic IT/CRM skills
