Responsibilities:

* Speaking with customers who are calling in regarding enquiries about new policies

* Ensuring calls are answered in a timely professional manner, ensuring the required customer experience is always delivered.

* Understanding the customers’ demands and needs and providing insurance solutions to meet those demands and needs.
