Customer Service Advisor

Planet Pharma currently partnered with a rapidly growing CDMO, seeking to hire a Customer Service Administrator on an initial 6 month contract (with potential to extend). This is a chance to join a company who is as supportive as they are collaborative, as displayed by their fantastic average tenure!

This role will see you carry out administrative tasks such as;

Process orders, make up internal files and quotations, prepare labelling, generate invoices, liase with couriers, Answer the telephone, handle/record enquiries, and oversee documents.

The Candidate:
Experience within a GMP setting
Administrative experience
Preferred experience with Oracle (or something similar)
Microsoft 365 experience
