Customer Service Advisor

Zhuorim TTR UK manufactures and distributes wax, wax resin and resin thermal transfer ribbons (TTR) as well as producing magnetic ink character recognition (MICR ribbon) and other specialised printing products. We are owned by Zhuoli Imaging Technology Co. Ltd, a privately owned Chinese company and we are the latest addition to the Zhouli Group.

We are Zhouli Group’s European production site and we encompass all facets of our product including laboratory research and development, ink production and the commercial coating of film, all of which is distributed globally.

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to support our expanding sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the problem and providing appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the ERP system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Upsell products or services to customers when applicable
- Manage all web orders and ensure timely despatch with appropriate delivery agent
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively
- Sales or telemarketing experience is a bonus
